2)Make your bed . When you make your bed you feel whole more organized and less stressed. Starting your day with a small accomplishment is worth the extra time.
McRaven says: if you want to change the world you should start by making your bed.
3)Drink lemon with water. The first thing you should drink after you wake up is water with lemon. Lemon water gives your immune system a boost and aids digestion. Also lemons are excellent source of potassium which is good for heart health as well as brain and nerve function.
4)Eat breakfast. Breakfast enhance your memory and prevent heart disease. Also eating breakfast can keep you from packing on the pounds.
5)Meditate. We should not forget our mental health. When you meditate you can increase your self-awareness and you can gain inner peace.
"The affairs of the world will go on for ever.Do not delay the practise of meditation".
6) Get out of your bedroom. You should not stay in your bedroom during the day. This room is for sleeping and only. Staying in this room during the day and watching T.V or studing can make you feel tired and sleepy.
7)Take of your pajamas. Once you wake up you should change into an other outfit. You can't stay on your pjs all day beacause this will make tou feel sleepy.
8) Brush your teeth and morning hygiene. Maybe a light make up will be good (perhaps a BB cream) and you are good to go!
