CHICKEN CURRY WITH PEPPER AND ONION

Today's lunch was sooo good! I love foods healthy and low in calories but also tasty too. So this one amaze me!

1) Chop some peppers and some onions. As many as you like. Put them in a pan with your chicken.

2) Add curry, oregano, salt, black pepper and just a pinch of sweet paprika. I squizzed a lemon and add some mustard. Also every now and then I add some water. After 15 -20 minutes the food is ready. You can enjoy this chicken with some boiled rice ( do you know how to boil the perfect rice? the perfect boiled rice ) or with salad. Easy right?
