HOW TO REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY

HOW TO BE LESS STRESSED



Like a monster from under bed, stress and anxiety stealing the peaceful day time of people.
Relax. You deserve it. It's good for you and it takes less time than you think.


1)Meditate or pray
A few minutes of meditation per day can help ease anxiety. 
Sit up straight with both feet on the floor. Close your eyes. Let any distracting thoughts float by like clouds.

2)Laugh
A good belly laugh lowers cortisol, your body's stress hormone and boost brain endorphins which help your mood.

3)Chew a Gum
For super easy and quick stress reliever try chewing a stick of gum. People who chewed gum had a greater sense of well-being and lower stress.

4) Learn to say no.
Take control over the parts of your life that you can change and are causing you stress.One way to do this may be to say "no" more often.

5)Spend time with your pet.
Having a pet may help reduce stress and improve your mood. According to one study , dog owners reported lower levels of stress than non dog owners.

6)Move often.
Regular exercise reduces stress and improves health.

7)Listen to relaxing music.
Letting ourselves get lost in music can quickly improve our mood.
Some people prefer to listen high energy music to boost their mood and let loose while others prefer slow paced ambient music. Whatever you enjoy.

8)Have sex.
Being close to your partner can soothe stress and anxiety. Researchers theorize that this stress reduction occurs because the pleasure pathways of brain are triggered by sex and it looks like this effect is a little bit more lasting than we often think.
