Rice with vegetables. Healthy food.Food low in calories.

To have a healthy lifestyle you need to eat healthy. One of my goals for 2017 is to eat healthy and go 5 days per week to the gym. So I'm Going to upload healthy recipes ( one every week). 

This recipe is really easy and quick. 

1) Put any vegetable of your choice. I use mushrooms, green onions, green beans and some sweetcorn.Put all your vegetables in a pan with less than a table spoon of olive oil
and let them cook for about 15 minutes. Also add some salt and pepper. Just because I'm from Greece I add some oregano (because there is no food without oregano ;))

2) while the vegetables are cooking Put 3 glass of water in a pan with some salt and let the water boil.
And when the water is boiled add one glass of rice and let it cooked.
4)The vegetables must be ready and they look like this.
5) When the rice is ready add the vegetables with the rice in the pot and let the food rest for five minutes until there is no water left.
6) BON APETIT!!! Enjoy...
