FITNESS MOTIVATION
You promised yourself that this year you are going to change your body and you are going to workout more. You promised yourself this time you mean it. But you fail! Again.
I got your back! I have some tips to help you nail your fitness motivation!
1) Workout first thing in the morning.Exercising before breakfast has been linked to effective fat loss.And getting your workout done first thing ensures it's completed before the day gets away from you.
2)Sleep in your yoga pants or in your workout clothes.When you wake up you don't have to change, you brush your teeth, you wear your shoes and get yourself out the door for a morning workout. Give it a shot!
3) Lay out your workout clothes.If you can't sleep in with your workout clothes because you are sentimentally attached to your PJs (I am too) lay out all of your workout clothes the night before in a super central spot in your house. As soon as you wake up you are motivated to workout.
4)Make something delicious for your pre and post workout.That way you are going to be excited for your workout because you can enjoy a delicious snack. (What you should eat before/after a workout )
5)Motivational lock screen. Set your lock screen at something motivational. It's a constant visual reminder of your fitness goals.
6)Find a fitness buddy.Finding a friend who wants to get fit is really motivating.
