Monday will come again, whether we like it or not, and it can feel sad. However, it doesn't have to be the typical melodramatic day. If you prepare for the week on Sunday you may even like waking up and heading off to work.

But this doesn't always prepare you for a great Monday or a productive week ahead.
Here are some things (to do some of them not all of them , otherwise your Sunday will suck as much as your Monday. ) to do on Sundays to make Mondays suck less.
1) Toss everything that's expired or questionable in your fridge.
2)Clean out your purse or bag.
3) Go shopping for the whole week.
4)Prep lots of healty snacks so you'll never go hungry. You won't have to think about meals for lunch or dinner during the week because everything will already be taken care of.
5)Write your to-do list. When it comes to getting ready for the week, the best place to start is with your to-do list. Not only will it help you feel more prepared but it will allow you to see exactly what needs to get done and when.
6)Take some time for youself. Also make some time to catch up with family and friends. Spending time to get everything together on Sunday can make for a pleasant week free of stress, so take those extra few hours at the end of the weekend to take care of yourself.
7)Plan out your outfits for the next 5 days and do the same with your gym clothes.
8)Get outside. Yes, even if it's winter. Getting outside and taking fresh air makes you both physically and emotionally happier.
9)Wash your sheets, towels and clothes. The last thing you need to come on Wednesday is a shortage of clean shirts or a lack of underwear.
10)Schedule a few fun plans.
