SIMPLE MOTIVATION TIPS TO GET MORE DONE
Many of us have the urge to reach for more caffeine, work longer hour to get it all done and feel defeated before even reaching the computer in the morning. Well it doesn't have to be that way. Sometimes we just need strategies to help keep us on track. Here are my own personal tips for self-motivation.
1)Just 5 minutes
5 minutes of focus is usually enough and before you know it an hour has passed and you are done (or have made good progress)
Tack up some inspiration from a person you admire on your wall to give yourself a kick in the pants.
It's easier to improve what you have than conjure perfection out of thin air! So just get started.
Once you are rapped out take a nap, a walk or an ice cream break. Let your subconcious work on the problem while you re charge.
Think about a recent win or a similar task with great results.
This is essential if you want to keep track of all those one-off tasks and make sure nothing slips your mind.
